Seven Years ago, namely in May 2012, Mr. Lee published a short article and made two judgments:
1. More and more furniture factories would shift their market share to domestic sales
2. The White Oak Furniture would be the mainstream furniture in China.

Now, 7 years passed, Let’s look at the reality: The White Oak Furniture has become the mainstream furniture in China and the new favorite of home decoration. We cannot but admire his insight and foresight. Let’s read Peter’s article below:

My Two Prophecies and Judgments
White Oak Furniture is the mainstream furniture in Europe and America, especially in the eyes of Americans, it’s just like what we Chinese idea of “Mahogany Furniture”.

Before, this kind of furniture is mainly used for exporting to European and American markets. Now, with the improvement of material basis, spiritual demand, cultural taste and aesthetic taste, Chinese people gradually pursue environmental protection, nature and green, White Oak Furniture becomes the new favorite of ordinary people. Since the 2008 economic crisis, many exporting factories have shifted some of their market share to domestic sales, they opened stores or specialty stores. This trend has been further fueled.

Peter Lee Woodworking also shifted some white oak products into domestic sales and customization, the market is good. The mature design, the simple style, the beauty of nature, the concept of green environmental protection, all these make people enjoy different feelings from White Oak Furniture.
I can make bold predictions and judgments as below and believe they will come true:

1. More and more furniture factories will shift some of their market share to domestic sales in the near future;
2. The White Oak Furniture will become the mainstream furniture in China.
